Loaded from the door, no skip on the drive
Beds, mattresses, wardrobes and the odd bit of metal, loaded straight onto the tipper.
The advantage over a skip is that nobody has to carry anything: no permit, nothing sitting on the drive for a week, and no neighbours quietly adding to it overnight. We load it, sweep up and go.
Mattresses are handled separately — they are one of the items transfer stations charge extra for and one of the most commonly fly-tipped things in Norfolk.
